With over 30 years of experience in real estate and mortgages, Chris Paradis brings the kind of knowledge you only get from helping real people through every kind of market and mortgage situation imaginable.
As both a longtime Realtor and Mortgage Broker, Chris understands the full picture — not just rates and paperwork, but the emotions, stress, and big life decisions that come with buying a home.
Chris is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, and serves on the Saskatchewan Chapter Board. She’s also proud to be a recipient of The Mortgage Centre’s Ambassador Award.
But titles aside, Chris believes mortgage advice should feel human.
Her job is to help you find the right mortgage for your life, negotiate on your behalf, explain things in plain English, and make the process feel a whole lot less overwhelming. With access to a wide range of lenders, Chris works to find mortgage options that fit your goals — not just whatever the bank happens to offer.
