No does not always mean NO

..and here is why.

This Just Happened > First Time Buyer

Julie was a new professional and assumed going to the bank was the thing to do to get educated.  Unfortunately, the person there made a judgement call on her being single and taking on the large responsibility of being a home owner and instead of discussing her options totally discouraged her from being a home owner.

Julie’s friend, a past client of mine, referred her over to further investigate her options.  We met, discussed Julie’s expectations, comfort level with debt and the risks surrounding long term ownership.  Julie found the property that was right for her; we found the mortgage that was a good fit for her and Julie became a First Time Buyer.

Congratulations Julie!
