Hi, I’m Chris
With over 30 years of experience in real estate and mortgages, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate every kind of market and mortgage situation imaginable.
As both a longtime Realtor and Mortgage Broker, I understand that buying a home is about much more than rates and paperwork. It's about big decisions, real emotions, and sometimes a little uncertainty along the way. My goal is to help make the process feel simpler, clearer, and a lot less stressful.
I am an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, and I currently serve on the Saskatchewan Chapter Board. I'm also proud to be a recipient of The Mortgage Centre's Ambassador Award.
But beyond the credentials, I believe mortgage advice should feel human.
My job is to help you find the right mortgage for your life, negotiate on your behalf, explain your options in plain English, and help you feel confident every step of the way. With access to a wide range of lenders, I can explore mortgage solutions that fit your goals ; not just what one bank happens to offer.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the lake, or cheering on my favourite teams.

Prior to contacting Mortgage Expert Chris Paradis, I was going in circles with my bank and then current mortgage advisors, so it was so refreshing to talk to her.
